Greg’s unique ability to facilitate healing is the result of more then ten years of studying and practicing Ayurveda, western herbalism, Chinese medicine, nutrition, yoga, acupressure and psychology. Greg specializes in the recommendation of superfoods, nutraceuticals & herbal medicine that is right for your unique constitution.
Greg's extensive background in holistic healthcare (more then 3,000 total hours of training) includes clinical apprenticeships with Ayurvedic, Chinese and Western herbalists as well as advanced studies and certification programs through several schools of holistic medicine. He has had the opportunity to study with many renowned healers such as Dr. David Frawley, Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Sarita Shrestha, Dr. Mark Halpern, Dr. Michael Burton, Dr. Steve Schechter and many others
In addition, Greg is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts where he earned a degree in Psychology and completed one of the first holistic health certification programs to be offered by a major University.
Kati Lahey, Integrative Herbalist
Kati is an integrative herbalist, Asian bodyworker and Ayurvedic educator who has studied at the California School of Herbal Studies, American Institute of Vedic Studies, Diamond Light School of Massage and as an apprentice of master herbalist Christopher Hobbs. She strongly believes that the innate ability to heal lies within the individual and is devoted to nurturing and supporting the awakening of this healing capacity.
Kati holds a BA in Community Studies from UC Santa Cruz with an emphasis in Latin American studies and grassroots organizing. She is passionate about integrating holistic healing arts with social justice work and maintaining a vision of health and balance on a community level. |
